Every completed, billable job for that customer is listed with its price. Non-billable job types stay out of the way.

VAT, your TRN, the customer's TRN, and the next number in your sequence. Nothing typed, nothing to get wrong.

Download a tax-compliant PDF, or let the sync push it to your accounting system. When the customer pays there, Skippy marks it paid.

Set a maximum number of days on site. Once a skip has been out that long, Skippy creates the pickup job itself, assigned to the driver you choose or left on the board for the dispatcher to hand out.

Every move is logged

05Web + mobile

Two surfaces, one system.

The dispatcher works on a computer. The driver works on a phone. They are looking at the same job, and whatever the driver taps shows on the board the same second.

06Compliance

Compliance is not a feature. It is the default.

VAT: Calculated on every invoice line, shown separately on the PDF.
TRN: Your Tax Registration Number on every invoice, and your customers' TRNs on theirs.
Numbering: Sequential invoice numbers per company, never reused.
Accounting: Xero integration is optional. When connected, invoices are pushed on generation and payments recorded in Xero come back to Skippy. Other accounting systems can be integrated on request.
Commissions: Driver commissions computed from completed jobs by job type and day, no spreadsheet.
